Club Events and Meetings

Astronomy Day 2008 to be held soon in Calais and also in August 2008.

The event will be at Heritage Museum in Calais, Maine. It will feature telescopes on display and solar viewing.

Presented by the Downeast Amateur Astronomy Club.

All club meetings and events are open free to the public. We encourage any and all who are interested in wanting to join our club, or just simply would like to enjoy an evening of celestial viewing through different types of telescopes to attend our meetings. We offer assistance in using your telescope as well as learning the night sky. Even if you do not own a telescope, you can still enjoy the night sky. Check our DEAA info.
